I FINISHED PLAYING AT LIKE 9:00 PACIFIC LAST NIGHT AND I WAITED TIL 1 IN THE MORNING FOR IT TO UP DATE IT WENT FROM TIME THEN TO LIKE ONE MINUTE THEN TO THE NUMBERS
it was at 34th then went back to 2 hours it was gonna update thismorn then went to 2 fucking hours

i keep missing like 3 in a row 100 point rounds occasionally

i've believe the fault here lies with bad servers. possibly something about them not reporting to EA or who ever perhaps. i too had this happen a couple times and never return to the server it happened on.

The explaination is simple ... as always ... the upload time for stats at the weekend is longer ... more ppl play. Just be patient

the only important question is, does you global score in BFHQ match your global score here ?

If that is the case, then there is no error on our part. Please keep in mind, we don't manage or gather the stats, we merely display them. We get them directly from the EA xml stats feed, and we update your stats every 2 hours. Currently ( tuesday, 30th of may, 12:20 pm german time ), your next stats update on this site is 1 hour 57 minutes away. This means that whatever points you make and awards you get during that time, those won't show up here until the next scheduled stats update.
That is the only possibility when there can be a difference between your stats in BFHQ and here, as BFHQ can update earlier, provided the server you played on reports to EA on short notice.

If you are sure you are missing points in BFHQ though, you should take this issue to EA customer support.
Nothing we can do from here.

Do you mean the "Next update" time keeps changing? Once you're stats update the counter goes back to 2 hours, if the "Last update" time is less than 2 hours you're stats have updated.

yep. when you look at your stats, there are the following two lines in the misc. stats

Last Update 01:55:57
Next Update 00:04:03

In your case, this means that your last stats update was 1 hour, 55 minutes ago and the next scheduled update is in about 4 minutes. All the points and awards you gained since your last update will then be added to your stats page, provided they were reported to EA by the server you played on in time

It is not unusual, however, that it takes quite some time for the game server to report to EA, especially on the weekends, when a lot of people play. Remember, we can only update stats data that is in the xml feed from EA

btw, by the time I finished this, your stats should have updated.

EDIT: well, there you go. your stats page now says:

Last Update 00:00:01
Next Update 01:59:59
