Been feeling down in the dumps ever since Jay told me nobody respected my opinion. Faced with the bleak prospect that I may never see his finished deck. Whatever mutual camaraderie we might have had over wanting to have seen the bridge lights completed has been discarded like a sack of green potatoes.

I'm going to miss being mercilessly panned about hand sanitizers by someone I barely knew but for tenuous contact through a video game forum. I don't think the pandemic thread can continue for two more pages without his invaluable insight and inability to take what he dishes out.

Come back, Jay! You don't have to lurk.

We should be the ones apologizing to him for being so venomous. We made fun of military virtue signalling, "it's just the flu," and him spreading the virus to his coworkers. But he just wanted to see the country put on its man pants and a stiff upper lip, and get back to work.

I wonder if he's putting cute little boxes under his deck area for wild animals to nest in.

If we can get an apology thread going, maybe even Burnzz will come back.

i told him to 'stop drinking' in response to almost every single post for about 6 months.

to be fair it was good and genuine advice and i hope he is happier and drinking less now.
