I've known more than a few guys that exclusively wear shorts year-round. Granted it gets to about 30 F (a bit less than 0 C) at the coldest here but I don't get it, it's something to do boasting that you can "take it". None of the guys that did this we're overweight. In fact one was the tall, skinny, lanky type.

I could do it when I was fat, but not now. I don't know how the skinny guys do it. Then again, if you've experienced what they mean by bone-chilling cold, regular cold isn't so bad.
