On another note, I got a new computer monitor and am trying a duel screen set-up. Problem is, I can't play company of heroes 2 while being able to see what I am browsing on the internet or who is on teamspeak. How do I adjust it so I can multitask without windowing out of my game? There are periods where my game is searching for a battle and I can do other stuff while waiting and still be aware if I finally found a game.

Windowed mode with no frame. Other than that every time you try to click off the game it will minimise it.
