In here we will talk about topics regarding Europe. Globally and domestically.

I have only heard of Jeremy Corbyn prior to his election as the head of the Labour party in articles about how wacky and unlikely he is to win. And now he won.

I looked up some of his politics and on the domestic side, they seem mostly reasonable. Though there is still that leftist delusion regarding lowering inequality and increasing immigration. Err refugees. Anyway, the domestic politics of the U.K. isn't really my place to talk about nor am I too educated on it.

I did read his foreign policy views and I think he is really foolish. Pull out of NATO. Get rid of Trident missiles. Side with Hamas and Hezbollah. Get warmer relations with Russia. Keep Assad. Apologize for Iraq (Alright, I am okay with that one.)

They are nauseatingly naive policies and frankly destructive to the U.K.'s foreign influence. I cannot endorse this man.

As you mentioned some of his connections views/comments regarding people like Hamas etc. are a bit worrying.

In the 1943 Moscow Declaration, the UK, USA and SU declared Austria as the first victim.

That came in handy in post-war Austria to collectively feel less guilty and cast a veil of silence over everything.
It took many decades until a reappraisal of the past took place and many Nazi criminals were never prosecuted.
Nazi hunters like Simon Wiesenthal were always despised in public and people who talked in public were accused of fouling their own nest.

The rightwing party FPÖ is the reservoir of ex-Nazis, neo-Nazis and their descendants.

No, I have never been there.
I also have never been at the German/Polish border in 1939 to get a first-hand look at the Wehrmacht false-flag operation, when "Polish" soldiers invaded and Germany shot back since 5:45 o'clock.

Anyway, the situation in the Ukraine is pretty fucked up and the current government in Kiev is indeed full of right-wing fascist parties, that I wouldn't want to see anywhere near the EU anytime soon.
