I joined a club several years ago. Member drive so no initiation fee. I do not get to play golf currently as much as I like but I do use the restaurant and pool. currently still a member with no thoughts of leaving. for me it is the price and what I get. Great price and nice people. It is less than 20 minute drive from my home. If the price is right I would do it
bought an odessy tank 7 today
going out tomorrow. my long game is coming into form nicely, last sunday i hit the green on a 525 yard par 5 in 2. three putted for par. my 60 degree wedge has deserted me, my 52 degree sand wedge misses the green from 90 yards, i cannot chip anymore with my 7 iron, and all my 'feel' shots were heavy.
my best this season is +13, including a double. i've traded a 2 iron for a rescue club with the loft of a 3 iron, i'm going to drop the 3 and put in the 2 for a couple of tight driving holes on the local muni.

good for her and good for the doctor and good for phil. i see no wrong that happened there.
that's not you?
No, apparently i'm not as coordinated as a 103 year old.
Jordan. does he have the momentum of Ricky, who won in scotland?
i want to see a 3 time winner, but Ricky's been there before.
My pick to win the Open? Tiger.
j/k, i think Louis Oosthazien sneeks in again, and wins in horrific weather . . .

Some random chap will win it.
I wouldn't be surprised if Speith wins. Guy is on a tear lately
fuck me, to win your first 2 majors at Augusta and St. Andrews? well played, Zach Whatsyourname.
Dustin Trainwreck is leader in the house at -6, i see another subpar round followed by two Tigeresque 75's on the weekend.
my pick to win the PGA? Jason Day, with Spieth runner-up.

hey, we both ALMOST predicted the winner though.
PGA is Spieth's to lose i think. Would love to see Jason Day win though...I'm excited about all the young players on the PGA tour. Day, Spieth, Fowler, McIlroy...the void left by Tiger is producing some top level golf.
