Celsius is good for a general read of temperature, but I prefer Fahrenheit for the precision, even if the numbers for boiling and freezing don't make a lot of sense.

No unit of measurement is inherently more accurate than another, just people don't often use/convert them properly. (eg. saying 1 inch = 2.5cm, or 1cm = 0.4in)

Metric master race. The only times imperial is really used by anybody here is when estimating people's heights, genital size, or when buying weed (ounce/half-ounce).

Also Fahrenheit isn't really any better than celcius as you can go down to the decimal (AKA 37.3c which it is right now at 20:35.)

Except metric is inherently more accurate because it uses decimal places where as imperial system uses fractions.
