gettin a 256mb xfs 7300 gs today tho
ati radeon 9600 pro 128 mb... i think it's stinks
X300, it really does suck
The 'least powerful' card I have in my possession, would be a MX440 64mb. Ive also got a GeForce 6200 256mb, and I play with a Radeon X700 pro
for 5 moths i played this game with on board gfx and got less than 15 fps but then i got my 7600gt
You have to learn the rules of the game and then you have to play better than anyone else.
Yeah, I used to have one of those MX440's. They're probably ones of most produced cards ever.
Before BF2 I believe I had like a Geforce MX400....crap thing.. now I have an ATI Radeon 9800 prolxcpikiman wrote:
OK i got this one, nvidia geforce fx 5200
I'm planning to get a new one but i don't have enough money so i have to stick with this until i get the money to buy a 6800 video card.
I got a asus radeon 9600 128 mb. I thought about upgrading it but my mobo is 4x agp so i m gonna save my money so i can buy a better computer in a couple of months. I now got a p4 2.53 mhz and a 7.200 rpm hd with 8 mb cache and i ve upgraded my ram recently from 512 mb at 266 mhz to 1 gig at 400 mhz and it allows me to play bf2 with the vid setting on medium now(hey where did those shadows come from). I got 2 x 512 mb ram from a good friend who works in it and he only wanted 2 crates of beer for it. So i m gonna save my money to buy something better in a couple of months.
nVidia Geforce 6600
got a 9600 pro 128mb everything on medium excepted light effects on low. I do well with it, and if i want to see how bf looks like with higher settings i just play single player.
Right now in the house, we've got a variety of video cards that have been pressed into service. This rig has a Radeon 9550 (and whoever it was who said that the card sucks ass...I do not dispute that claim for a second). My brother's has a 2001-vintage GeForce 3 Ti 200 (64 MB), which was barely able to handle BF1942, let alone BF2. A third "family computer" has currently got a "Virge S3" card (pre-AGP) with a whopping 8 MB of video memory. I think it can handle Counter-Strike, sort of.
I've done a little scrap gold recovery from old peripheral cards, mobos, etc. and I've "reclaimed" (i.e., dissolved with acid) some truly ancient cards. Rage IIs, 3dfx's, you name it.
And finally, I own a truly non-shitty graphics card, a Geforce 7900, but the new mobo it's meant to be plugged into, is currently undergoing RMA authorization...so for now it's the 9550 for me!

I used to play for a while on a NVIDIA GeForce FX 5200
I don't even know what I have, now that has to be bad.
mine is pretty shit it's a ati x1900xtx
nVidia MX 400 - I cant even get it to run BF2. Its a substitute whilst my 6800gt arrives.

Had several crappy cards.
I still have:
3DFX VooDoo 2 FX Graphics (16 MB 4x AGP)
ATI Rage 3D Server (8 MB PCI)
nVidia GeForce 2 MX 400 (32 MB 8x AGP)
and had a GeForce FX5500 256 8x AGP card for a while but returned it when I was getting my new computer.

Geforce FX 5200 ultra
I have a mouse runnin in a big wheel to power my computer
I use a fx5200 le for BF2. I get about 25-30 FPS with everything on low.
GeForce FX 5200 128mb AGP 8x
It runs fine on low settings, but it might just be the rest of my computer which is pretty good making up for it.
I'm surprised at how many others are using this card.

lol, that's what comes with the Desksize Dells. It's half-sized and only has 32MB of VRAM, lol.sharpshot19 wrote:
