The Toronto Star is a very well respected newspaper here, and if two of their reports say they're seen the video and had the balls to report on it, you can be pretty sure it exists. Ford's current denial of the allegations are going to ruin him when that kickstarter projects buys the video. So sad that it even made international news, ha.
