speaking of which, who the fuck decides the captains for the HR Derby? I know the captains decide the rest of the "team" but who decides the captains? More importantly, who in their right mind decides on someone who put up a goose-egg as the captain again? I've asked this questions elsewhere but nobody seems to know.
