I got a beacon the other day. Was pretty proud for actually accomplishing a task/challenge. Too bad it's not very useful. 50 block radius is pretty shit.

If they were wider it would be OP. In my single player survival map, I've got four beacons at my wither skeleton/blaze farm, with one in range of a ghast-shooting platform (like ducks in a barrel). In the end, I have one speed beacon at the base of an enderman fall trap. I have a cluster in the overworld near the bedrock platform where I make withers that's pretty much overkill.mtb0minime wrote:
