Yeah it was sure my fault that the local office bumped down their delivery times without notice and sent me to another office (clear across the city through traffic) who didn't bother to tell you to fuck off until you walked through the door and proceeded to do the same thing to the next five hundred people or so. But writing a "tax forms in the hidden box on the side of our building; take street such and such" on a piece of paper and taping it to the window is FAR too much effort for the average postal worker.
