These past few pages have certainly been an interesting turn of events. Oh, you guiz...
Mac Miller is a good rapper? LMAO
And my point is based in fact. Tyler raps about it lol.

earl sweatshirt is the only kid from the odd future thing that has a serious future i think. he's got a good flow, idiosyncratic in all the right ways.
oh and for the record, fuck indie/weird r&b. i can't stand that shit. frank ocean from odd future is a good starting place.
when earl's first mixtape dropped it was actually exciting. he sounded about 14 on it. then the whole myth of him being sent away to a foreign boarding school because his mom heard the music he was making. #freeEARL.

I want to go to a dance club and drop tonight but all of the clubs in NJ blow. They are all filled with Guidos and yuppies. Can't drive across the bay into the city and be able to drink or drop.
I am so jealous of California and southern Europe's clubs. True paradise

i'll be the designated driver.
southern europe's clubs? the best clubbing destinations in the world are london and berlin. definitely not southern europe.
ibiza is an island of hedonism for about 3 months a year. but that attracts just as many guido-types as it does serious music heads.
clubbing: london, berlin, tokyo. everything else is secondary.

us europeans take our dance music really seriously
clubs open all weekend. leave at 8am. come back at mid-day.

I was talking re: uzi's statement about tyler's newest album sounding more mature.Roc18 wrote:

Mac miller can rap. That best day ever song is evidence he's got skill. You've probably only heard his shit on the radio, which I agree is garbage.
Let's be honest roc- my rap collection alone gets me honorary membership into the NAACP. I know more about rap music than you. Deal with it.
This was on pitchfork

I bet you even spend every weekend daggering black chicks in hood clubs.KEN-JENNINGS wrote:

i'll allow your nitpicking, because i understand you're mad that you went to purdue and have to live in the mid-westDesertFox- wrote:

white boys/light skinned guys can pick up hood chicks EASY.
Asian men and black women are the most likely group of people to be single due to their counterparts dating white people.
Ostrava is like the Ibiza of Eastern Europe
nobody goes clubbing in eastern europe. not as part of tourism, anyway. eastern europe is full of terrible hardcore music/boom boom gabber techno, or else horrible pop-cheese. it's also full of crime and gangsters. people go to central europe once a year now, for 'alt' festivals, like dimensions/outlook, which are like more discerning alternatives to the ibiza summer option. that's in croatia. ostrava? goddamn dude.
I ain't even mad. It's not like I live on a farm. I'm 20 minutes from Chicago. I'll allow your psychoanalysis though, because I understand you're upset about hurting your fellow users feelings on this forum.Uzique The Lesser wrote:

misunderstood, it's where eastern europeans appear to go to club, when they aren't of the discerning variety.Uzique The Lesser wrote:

And?
the implication of my first post was joking that you were nitpicking because you live out in nowheresville where you can't experience good clubs (what the convo was about).
you then retorted that, actually, you lived near chicago.
however, you've never even been to a club, so my original joke still stands. living close to chicago as a factoid clearly means squat.

Not everyone enjoys going to clubs. Paying a cover fee to listen to horrible music and being surrounded by people I don't like isn't my cup of tea. I'd rather go to a quieter place where you can have a conversation.
