also worth noting that the guardian is completely broke, operates at a considerable deficit, courtesy of some foreign wealth, and has been shrinking in the UK for the last few years. the guardian only has 1 member of staff in the north of england now - that's the manchester guardian, for history's reminder. its london HQ shrinks year on year.Spark wrote:
