I am strongly considering just voting democrat for now. I agree with the right on foreign policy and on most economic issues. The right's stance on social issues is where they put my back up. Not to say I agree with the democrats on everything, I like guns and am 100% in support of the NRA. I also want to end affirmative action and agree in principle with the death penalty. But when it comes to gay rights, abortion, marijuana and criminal law they lose me 100%. Those things are more important than having a lot of cool guns.
I like Chris Christie and think he is doing a better job than Corzine would have when it comes to the state's economy. But knowing that our state would have passed gay marriage, have a softer criminal code, a more open medical marijuana program, and other liberal things makes me hate that he became governor.

It depends on who they nominate. If the GOP is still hanging out with Sarah Palin, Rick Santorum, Jeb Bush, then fuck em. But Christie, Huntsman, and maybe some other sane moderates might come in and save the day.

Christie is a moderate in the fact that he avoids issues and knows how to not say crazy shit. Otherwise he operates the same as the others.
