They are not heroizing him because they agree with what he did or like him as a person. They are doing it because they have some very legitimate issues with police in America. In most places especially LA the police are a horribly corrupt institution that is closed off to most people and refuses to reform. I have a thread I update from time to time about the prison industrial complex on this page. So it is not about Dorner it is about police corruption. Pretty simple stuff.
I guess we should heroize the Nazi docs for advances in dentistry as well.
