BF2 theme music was pretty cool to.
Halo series had some pretty epic music and it was all well timed with the game.
Morrowing/Oblivion, same as above
Dark Cloud had one of the only repetitive soundtracks that didn't get on my nerves (e:apart from the ship dungeon, but I hated that anyway)

I think Crysis has some pretty good soundtracks.
I've been playing a lot of Civilization V lately, and there's around 20 civilizations with a peace and war theme. Here's two of my favorite soundtracks from that game.
