I plan on getting one and does anyone here own one? Do you like yours?
This may sound like a silly question, but do you have an apple? If not I wouldn't recommend it. If you do, I would say go for it. What do you intend to use it for? Content creation, audio recording, video editing, gaming?
On an apple, the screen is awesome for the most part. Depending exactly on which build you get , it may not be the best for gaming as it has a relatively slow reaction speed. I saw some ghosting while video editing (its intended use) rapid action/fast pans and more when playing FPS games.
It gets worse if you don't have an apple. If you intend to run it off a PC you will lose access to much of the tweakability of the screen such as: Gamma correction, contrast, brightness, etc. There may be work arounds available now, but I've not looked as there are many better alternatives for the price.
Try searching the web for reviews to see what others say though, these are just some of my opinions and experiences.

Get one of the 30" Dell widescreens instead.
My friend had one. Though it was pretty it was terrible for gaming...lots of tearing and he could never get BF2 to go wide screen.
