All the recuirements but not the medal?

After installing the 1.3 patch I recieved (just like a lot of ppl) the combat infantery medal, and already had the recuirements for the Marksman infantery medal except 34 min IAR. But after 34 mins in a round i still didnt recieve the Marksman infantery medal? Any1 has any idea whats going on? It also doesnt display it in the game itself @ BFHQ....
