Does it exist?
At the moment, I move around between Italy, Spain and the UK, and call/SMS people in each country, when I am in either of the other countries.
I have an O2 contract from the UK that I'm getting pretty raped with when not in the UK, but don't want a number for each country.
Anyone have any ideas?

Do they not give you the option of signing up for International plan where you pay a set amount each month to be able to use your phone where ever?

Prepaid phone for each country. Usually works out cheaper than roaming.

Eugh. Multiple numbers..
No, no network that I have found gives you rates for calling FROM another company. They give international minutes etc. from the country you bought it in to others, but once you leave the country you generally get raped.

Neither of these seem to be much better than my O2 contract roaming charges tbh.
When I got into Italy I had a text saying "Calls to UK/EU are 28ppm (7ppm to receive). Texts 8.5p (free to receive)."

That's a good way to get more money, don't spend when you don't have to..
