Watching some show called Million Dollar Rooms and it's almost enough to make me want to vote Democrat What a horrific waste of money. If I had one tenth the money these people have I'd go on vacation for the rest of my life.

get a university teaching gig. here in aus lecturer's and "full course coordinators" get paid around 90k+ a year for working one full day a week.
