This is really cool! Thought I'd share it with you guys.

A Russian guy made a universe-looking map of the internet and the larger the "Star" the bigger the traffic to that site.

Russian data-visualisation designer Ruslan Enikeev has mapped websites according to levels of activity and the other sites visited by their users. The 'Internet Map' shows each website as a circle, sized according to levels of web traffic. Websites's positioning is based on the different sites their visitors switch to and from. A circle's colour indicates the country to which it relates. Type a URL into the box on the left to see how it compares to other sites, and click on 'about' to read more about how the graphic was built.

I'm surprised how small 4chan is to be honest. I thought it was really popular but then again I never go there. My internet world pretty much consists of Cracked, Youtube, facebook, gmail, battlelog, pandora, foxnews, couchtuner, stumbleupon, and bf2s of course.

haha are you kidding me? They're EVERYWHERE. Just randomly zoom in on a spot (mostly american sites, in light blue) and you find them. Pornhub, xhamster, tube8, redtube, etc. are all HUGE and they're toward the very bottom. Then around certain sites there are tons of porn sites clustered around bigger circles. but anyway they are there but people spend more time on things like google (to find said porn) and facebook, twitter, youtube, etc.
