I'm thinking about buying this tomorrow, I've been planning to for a while. I've done some skeet shooting with it, because my friends owns one. He says it's great and he hasn't had any problems with it, and I really enjoyed using it. Shells eject underneath by the way.

Stevens 360 Ghost Ring - $300

So to all you pros out there, do you think this is a good deal and/or a good weapon?
The barrel is short for skeet shooting, and the sights are overkill, but it will still work OK.
I've skeet shot with it before though and it works great how would a longer barrel be beneficial? I guess it would keep the pellets tighter so I could shoot farther.

Not a gun question but...

Can an M57 actually be tricked out with an antenna or is this just VG make believe?

Why wouldn't a Honda Civic be good for the Indy 500?

Sure, trap is a little different, but you might get the idea.

Go jerk off your ego somewhere else, Teds. I've owned a firearm for over a year now, I know how it operates, how to clean it, how to shoot it accurately, etc. (It's a mini-14, btw) and you're telling me I shouldn't own a firearm? Fuck off

I went skeet shooting with a friend who owns that weapon and I had a great time. I thought it was a great weapon but I wanted to ask you guys, who have more experience, to give me some more input as to whether it's a good idea or not.

ok

its not

you want a longer (quite a bit longer) barrel, and some sights that are actually suited to what you want to do

If it has a short barrel, don't you just put chokes on it rather than a longer barrel to tighten the grouping?

lol you love to turn it around and act like the victim don't you? little bitches do that

The point was that I'm qualified to own a weapon, as are you I'm sure. For the record I've been shooting guns for 13 years.

It's...sort of a common sense thing. Long barrel, tight grouping. Short barrel, wide grouping. I don't see why there's an argument about it in this thread.

what un said...

no but since I was 6 my dad had me shoot .22s. I've been around guns all my life.

Yes I know the tight/broad grouping shit I just don't see why I'd be told to get a tight one if the one I'm using is fine.
