does anyone know how to get team points really fast and what map to get them at ? thanks

i need the Valorous unit ribbon thats 45 teams points and then i need the Legion of Merit ribbon and thats 50 teams points any ideas on how to get these points ? thanks
My idea. Go Support at Karkand and play USMC. In the beginning, hopefully you'll be the only support guy, so you can chuck ammo kits to all the people throwing grenades. And just follow people and throw ammo at chokepoints, especially where people throw grenades.
Did that yesterday or so, got me 50 team points and a gold medal. Then someone called me a medic whore the next round. More like support whore. Not nearly as bad .

already tryed those 2 kits i have gotten up to about 25-30 team points and thats when its a new map but maybe i just need to try a little harder and put more ammo packs and heal packs more often as i can im going to try it again . THANKS
