So my father wants to be able to print from his Droid Bionic to a printer while on the job as work. As a superintendent he would like to print out plans etc etc. I know you can print from a droid bionic to a printer via wifi like we do here at the house but he does not have access to wifi while on the job. His phone is set up to be a hotspot, although I do not know how to connect the printer to his wifi connection. The printer isnt an expensive one so it relies on a PC to connect it to the wifi for it. Can you print over bluetooth? I think that would be the easiest way for him if possible. He is willing to buy a new printer so im thinking $150 or less. Thanks guys.
couldnt he send it to the computer using http://www.google.com/cloudprint/learn/printers.html - you could install that on the computer its attached to. or just get a printer that supports it

Well a computer is completely out of the equation. Just straight from Phone to Printer. Preferably color but monochrome would do. We have a cheap wifi printer that we use at home but I cant connect the printer straight to his wifi based from his phone.
