I think that there would be waaaay less possibilty for a commander to abuse this if he could only drop vehicles on request

actaully, not really. peope would just request spam them. and I'm pretty sure the commander can send a request...........

Maybe there should be "no drop" zones on the maps. Such as no drop on runways and helipads, stuff like that.
wow, thanks to all the noobs that gave me -1, now it will be my goal. and dude, i would have given you +1 if you just admitted you were lazy, because who isnt. i thought the badge was a good idea, just could have been easily made with a parachute background rather than the aircraft, but now, that you were a total dick, -1 is on the way.

I almost had this same situation last night. I was in the other building (opposite the flag) and saw a FAV hit the side of the building with the flag and flip over. it landed and exploded between the 2 buildings.
Here's to not being crushed under one of these yet!
Too bad we cant drop buggies that are covered in C4 , closest you could get to a nuke lol and take out tanks lol. That would suck balls to be honest. Its humorous from the commander perspective to drop the vehicles on a sniper who is killing off your team, and for some reason they cant find him (which i did last night), but i can see it getting REALLY out of hand, as in when someone is capping a flag, they drop it on him and kill his whole squad while they are all crowded in the corner together.samfink wrote:

I like the vehicle drop idea....because if i have to walk 17 miles, i would hope there is a commander who pays a bit of attention and drops me a truck. I just dont want to see it get too stupid. This ought to take carrier raping to a whole new level. Imagine a guy in a buggie on Oman just tearin' it up with a gunner to boot. The phalanx guns are going to become real popular!
Has anyone requested one and got one from a commander to actually use it? Or do commanders only do it to kill people even though it doesnt give them points. This is going to be so gay when I play next time... gosh!

I parachuted down on a tall building looking down at the mec cp and my commander dropped a Humvee and I used the machine gun and mowed down the mec guys going to the mountain and hills on Matuur City.
was running for the helicopter, got squished by my own commanders drop... hah

I was in the middle of nowhere in Mashtuur, so I created my own squad and requested a vehicle, and bam, instant Vodnik from the sky! w00t! After that I went and took a flag.
Yeah man, those things drop like lightning.
ok, someone gave me -1 for saying something about snipers being noobs, and i said all the current snipers are noobs, maybe check stats next time asshat, i already have expert sniper, i know its hard, people are so stupid. and just to let you know, sniper is easier than anti tank. i have both experts, i think i would know.
