Where illiteracy is still around, our infrastructure (especially in the south.) could REALLY use a boost. There are multitudes of problems that we could be fixing, as well as new and infant technologies that could shape our very future. Yet you think that spending over half of our budget, developing weapons (while as cool as they are.) and fighting wars is the fucking solution to rid the world of other nations, because they don't agree with us.
