No, my problem is not tech related. It's psychological.....but it is a psychological problem based on technology (and my love of it).

My system is pretty badass. I don't know how I could want any more out of it. It runs everything at max everything....and I don't personally know a single person that has a better system (yes, I'm sure some of you have better ones, but I don't know you).
My specs read as follows:
Mobo: ASUS A8N-SLi Deluxe
CPU: AMD Athlon 64 4000+ San Deigo (overclocked stable to 2.8 ghz on air cooling)
RAM: 4 gigabytes (4x 1gig sticks) of Corsair XMS
GPU: 2x eVGA 7800gt CO SE (factory overclocked) in SLi
PSU: Silverstone Zeus 650 watt continuous, 700+ watt max SLi certified power supply
HD: Western Digital 300 gigabytes.
SC: Sound Blaster Audigy 2 ZS
I get pretty killer performance out of this rig. My 3dMark05 scores at last test were 12,311. In BF2 I get 90-100+ FPS continuously.
Also, I have never once had anyone be able to load a map and spawn quicker than me. This is GREAT for getting the vehicle of your choice. This has also lead to the occasional accusation of "hacking".......because I have spawned so much quicker than everyone else that I have already capped their main airfield (think Wake and Kubra) before anyone else on the other team has even had a chance to spawn.
So........what more could I possibly want?
Well, I guess I just want to spend my money........because I just decided that two 7800gts weren't enough.
Newegg had a killer deal on the eVGA 7900gt KO Superclock cards. $309 with a 20 dollar mail in rebate (speaking of which, its a one day sale, so if you are looking for a new high performance card, you might want to check Newegg quick).
I bought 2.
Please.......someone help me. I fear that someday when I have children, they'll get food only so long as my computer has the best components.
On a similar note........due to my addiction........I now have a few computer components for sale:
Two eVGA 7800gt CO SE factory overclocked cards
2 gigabytes of Corsair Value Select RAM (4x 512mb sticks)
AMD Athlon 3500+ 2.2ghz stock (you can OC this to 2.6 ghz with decent cooling)
