The rakk nest was kinda cool. Everyone I played this with expected something better at the end than a pushover head with flailing tentacles or whatever it was.
I hope they fix the leveling system. Things were either way too easy, or way too hard. Occasionally you found a task with the perfect difficulty and challenge to it, but they were rare and you had to have the timing right.
That was my complaint about it. it lets you wander around, but you really have to play in strict order to maintain a consistent, reasonable challenge.mtb0minime wrote:

I basically defeated the boss with a sub-machine gun with fire bullets that I got early on in the game.
When I first saw the boss, I had to chuckle a bit, because I thought it was a really, really oldschool boss fight:

At least that was challenging on high difficulties...until you got your aim down.

* NEED A SENTRY HERE!
* Looks like some sort of Gorillaz music video.
* I watched that entire video with a poker face. I'm sure the game will be fun, but my enthusiasm didn't kick in.

except the music didnt suck
(e: not all of it does, but in any given album there's no more than one song that I'd be willing to listen to more than once on the road)

At least they go for originality though
I've played the first game way over a 1000 hours and I'm clearly convinced now that all their DLC was shit!
It was nothing but collectibles and fetch quests, hope they get the point this time and deliver better stuff.

True, but the primary attraction (at least for me) is the bizarre music videos. Melancholy Hill works well for open highways, though.Spearhead wrote:

Crawmerax was a pretty good addition though I thought.Chou wrote:

"Raise the flag high! Let the degenerates know who comes to claim their lives this day!"
I thought Gen. Knoxx was good except for the armory gear itself being a letdown. /shrugsChou wrote:
