I've got a lot of sound deadening in my pc that probably helps the noise. I wouldn't have said that your temps are overly high, thought.

yep, watercooling is not cheap, and it requires planning, probably a new case if you want to install the rad inside. This is why I recommend aftermarket air cooling. If you are going to watercool, it should be planned from the beginning of the build not added on later.
The GTX 460 is rated up to 104C. I would say 60C while gaming is pretty good, considering you have two of them. My GTX 560 Ti will climb to 75-80C during a session of BF3, GTA IV, etc. and that doesn't really worry me, since it's rated for >100C maximum.
Unless you're one of those cool internet kids who brags about how low their graphics cards and CPU idle...

I have a 6950. Not actually a bad card, not at all. Right now it's sitting at 53C, but i don't think it's ever gotten above 80.
The fan usually sits around 30% as well, so when that rev's up the temps will drop...

...or maybe improve your case airflow? Download something like RealTemp to monitor your temps while playing. If you're exceeding 100C, it's time to dust out your case and get it out of the corner of the room.eusgen wrote:

Well I got the new Antec 1100 case and my cards Idle at 24c. That's colder than my fucking house god damnit fuck.
Your temps are fine. Heat does reduce the lifespan, but the affect is so small your cards will be well obsolete before that time.
If you want, but another fan to mount towards your cards, to get rid of the stagnant air zone near the intake of card #1.
Drivers should be downclocking at least card 2 in 2d mode, lowering your idle temps; the reason kiddies brag about their low idle temps.
