Yeah! Jay has the fat monopoly around here!
And for reference, Colorado is literally the 'slimmest' state in the U.S...the South and a lot of the Midwest (and the rest of the country) is full of truly enormous landwhales.
I feel the need to defend American bacon, as it's dear to my heart (it's lining my arteries!). Our bacon just depends on where you get it...my family gets it from a butcher, or from relatives with farms, and it's amazing...the stuff from most supermarkets has the higher fat content/lower quality. If it's too crispy, the person just doesn't know how to cook it.
Drink some Great Divide Hercules (double IPA) and Yeti (I. Stout), and some Odell's IPA and Red Ale (and/or their Myrcenary and Mountain Standard, a double IPA and black IPA, respectively). Avery makes some great brews, too. I mentioned a bunch of IPAs, but there are tons to choose from. I would think most any liquor store/section would have these, but you could try Argonaut Liquor - I'm sure they will.
Colorado's a good state for microbrewed beers, you owe it to yourself to try some of them. Really.

My girlfriend needs to get onto it today and I just get more confused the more I look through plans. It's for Crows Nest, NSW.

Deep fried fat covered in butter then lightly sprinkled in bread crums and deep fried again. In fact, replace the bread with pieces of bacon.CC-Marley wrote:
