Basically the story goes that Greg Kelly, the morning anchor on Fox 5 New York was accused of rape a few weeks ago and took a leave of absence from the show because of it. Because Kelly is the son of New York City Police Commissioner Ray Kelly, the case was turned over to the Manhattan District Attorney's office. They chose not to pursue rape charges for whatever reason and the next day, Newscorp (the owner of Fox 5), decided to get even with the accuser for damaging their rising star news anchor by posting her picture and name on the front page of the New York Post with this picture and headline:
They've since set out to destroy her life by publishing her name, her address, what she does for work, everything. Fucking vindictive.
(The woman they're destroying happens to be the twin sister of one of my fiancee's best friends from high school so it strikes closer to home than other stories)
