Ok, it says that you wont be able to spawn on your new squad leader if you haven't respawned at least once. Wont this lead to a mass of suicides? That would satisfy the requirement.

Suicide hopping would take too much time, it's quicker to find a vehicle somewhere and simply drive to the squad.
...unless the squad leader circumvents enemy defences and gets to a flag well behind enemy lines alone, by bailing from a jet, for instance... which is why the change was introduced.voltage wrote:
