Only get 20xp for my driver getting a kill from the chopper. That's ridiculous that I only get a fifth of the credit. I should get half the credit for being such an awesome pilot. When my gunner goes 38-2 in the Huey because of my flying I should get ~1900 points not like 700 something.

The pilots you imbecile. A Huey helicopter circling the enemy objectives or MCOMS so that his gunner can get insane amounts of kills should be way more points. It's a complaint for the sake of complaining, I honestly couldn't care less but the extra points would be a nice reward for my services. At the present time though looking out my side window watching tracers rain death below is enough reward

One time I went 37-0 in the chopper gunner seat on the Huey. My pilot got something like 400 points.
So I think on the point scale the pilot doesn't get enough reward, but I'm somewhat of a hypocrite because I'm always advocating games stop giving you points for everything.
I used to think the perfect point system was:
+5 for a kill
+2 for flag capture
+1 for flag capture assist
+1 for heal
+1 for ammo
+2 for revive
+10 for winning a game
and that was all I thought people deserved points for. I still sort of do. Also medals and ribbons should be for prestige not for more points.

bf2s is slow
BF2 was +2 for a kill, and + 1 for an assist. All they'd have to do is give the pilot an assist for every kill the people in the vehicle make.-Sh1fty- wrote:
