My recruiter told me I need a Tier 1 Diploma (US government-run highschool) or a Tier II diploma (private school) with 15 college credits. I showed them my year's worth of college credits from Switzerland which was enough but they said it wouldn't do.
Tier III diploma's also need 15 college credits and that's the diploma type I have. So I'm getting a Tier I right now but it's taking forever.
