That T-UGS + shotgun combo sounds really good actually. I think I'll try that out. Actually, couldn't you deploy an MAV and let it sit there? I'm pretty sure it has a motion sensor system too like the T-UGS. It would be more useful, although it's a bigger target.

I don't know what the MAV is, I haven't unlocked it yet. Only had the game for three days and in the past week I've physically been at work for 100 hours lol.

Plus you can plant the T-UGS (couldn't remember what it was called) in a stairwell where it's not obvious to the enemy. Or just run in just behind your squad (ie. don't take the lead) and once you're moving into a building, plant it so they get the benefits, you've got backup and the enemy is revealed.

If I am correct about the MAV also acting as a motion sensor (MAV is the mini-UAV that you can fly around, and it uses thermal vision) then you can plant it under the staircase where it won't be see and go up and clear the building.

The benefit being that when you leave the building, I like to drop it behind cover, take off and look ahead of me for targets, land the MAV and go to get those kills.

And above your tomb, the stars will belong to us.

Also, not enough people on the pubs actually think about strategy. Like if there's a bottleneck and you're getting slaughtered the general idea is to flank the enemy. Yet sometimes I find I'm one of 2-3 players trying this out of 15 people. Frustrating because you need the backup to take on 4-5 players at once.

Its the least I can do when they annoy me by killing me all round...
Always seems to be that I don't spawn at the AA when the round starts, after that its blind luck to get it. Not really worth pulling out the igla either unless a bunch of others do, or the pilot sucks. Most just seem happy to let the chopper rape them and keep ground pounding away.

Yeah, I get that bug a lot, where you have a black screen for a second when exiting, but can already hear the action continuing.
SOFLAM has it every time, although I have experienced it with other vehicles too.

Had a few spawns on TDM servers where I was "randomly" spawned in front of an enemy or three - sometimes with my back to them and them facing me. Was even getting shot before I had spawned

They can at least make the experience easier on new players. Until I got air radar I constantly got raped by aircraft with air radar. Pissed me off it took too damn long for radar.

The whole unlock system is stupid and often times the opposite of rewarding. The whole "experience everything" argument is even more stupid, because the forced progression actually narrows the experience down.
