People are bloody racist here, it doesnt matter if you are blonde with blue eyes, cause if you go out under the sun and get a little tanned, they start looking at you as you were destroying the country and the original norwegian ethnicity.
This place is full of idiots who are proud of their stupidity.
I USED TO LIVE IN NORWAY, I HATED IT. EVERYTHING ABOUT IT. IT TORE ME APART INSIDE AND REDUCED ME TO A WRECK. HIGHLY XENOPHOBIC PEOPLE, A VERY OBNOXIOUS RACE.Mutantbear wrote:

Always talking so loud and arrogantly how they are the best and so and so on. Population of 5 million little pussies thinking they are something big. But in reality always afraid of the russians and licking their boots. Practically a russian satellite-country. Makes me laugh. Or how they make fun of the swedes, saying they are all gays. Hey finnies, I give you an example: the swedish army has twice as many german tanks you have and modified to Swedish terrain. Yeah keep talking little pussies, because at the end of the day that's all you can do. ..fucking midgets.

Finland totally sucks. They don't know how to spell names normally, they are totally getting owned by the US in the only sport they are supposed to be good at, and when they gave up 2 goals they just quit and after 4 goals their goalie just gave up and skated off the ice into the locker room. My friends and I plan to invade Finland in the near future wearing Team USA jerseys as they will just give up upon our invasion. You can now consider Finland to be a US territory
But atleast we have beer!NooBesT wrote:

Pronounced La Froig. At least that's how I've always heard it pronounced.13urnzz wrote:
Laphroiag is a peaty, heavy scotch. personally, i like Macallan's and Glenlivets, because this fucking state doesn't import any single malts that cost more.rdx-fx wrote:

Anyone have a suggestion for a good scotch?
Can't find any 1992 12 year old Glen Rothes anywhere.
The 15 year old Glen Rothes they have in stock tastes like utter ass.
Smooth finish, charred oak notes, .. like what a Pinot Noir or Merlot is to red wine, those general characteristics as they translate to a scotch.Ultrafunkula wrote:
Laphroaig quarter cask is a great scotch. Try it.Thanks.KEN-JENNINGS wrote:
Dude I was going to recommend laphroiag 18 year. Ive been digging it lately
Will see if I can find it around here.
Looks like it'd be pronounced La Frog.
Y'all aren't tryin' to sell me some French moonshine piss, now are ya?
i have nothing against blended scotch whisky, when your alternative is milk. my favorite so far is a 21 year old Glenlivet ( followed by the 18, and 15 French oak aged). Macallan ages wonderfully. Honestly, try malts from the different regions (Islay, Highlands, etc) and then different ages.
Glenmorangie 15 i recall was a nice find (thanks Camm) but the fuckers don't stock it regularly. There are nice surprises out there from the smaller distillers if you have the patience to try them.

May also want to try Lagavulin. It's another one along the lines of Laphroaig. The only two Scotches I've found that I care for, tbh. I recommend drinking them neat or with a drop or two of water. Fucking witchcraft, that--completely changes the character of the drink.
