A guy I know used it in a 3.4L Impala, I believe it was a '01. Only complaints I've really seen/heard have been online, heater core blockage or cleanup when doing the proper repair. I guess some Japanese engines have some small passages that might get blocked if they already have some build up, probably the same thing with the heat cores. If they already have a lot of build up in them they might get blocked. You'd lose heater, until you replace the core, but at least the car runs. I'd give it a try based on what I've seen first hand.
