xanax/pills are almost an absolute must for flying. When I went to Thailand i took two ambien. Unfortunately I didn't have any on the flight back, so it was not fun.
i've never had to take them. my brother's so bad he even took them on our 2 hr 15 min flight to florida last month. ridiculous
