Are none of you pissed off that 1.3 is gonna change the requirements for it?
I'm quite happy because I'm no where near getting it, but if I had tried really hard and was almost there, or if I'd already got it... I'd be quite pissed off that soon alot of people will have it anyway

Added 200 Wins
Added 25000 Global commander score
Increased time from 180000 (50h) to 360000 (100h)
