Yes the 8 & 9's are a bit too ricey for my taste but the X is a good mix of looks and performance, for me anyway. The service is a bit much but the all-weather fun you can have makes up for it.

Wasn't the whole idea of the Lupo to have great mileage?

They made it of aluminum, which made it expensive as hell in any other country than Denmark where it had nearly no tax...

what happened to the new ford ka? i haven't exactly seen many unlike the first edition.

Oh yeah but the 5K service isn't too bad it's just a routine check-up basically. Oil changes every 3K and service intervals at 10K, 15K, 30K and 60K. The 30K & 60K are the ones that hurt your wallet as they "require" your 3 different types of diff. fluid to be changed.

Well the first didn't have many competitors as far as I remember...

These days it's hard to squeeze in between the Aygo triplets and the ultra cheap koreans...

Now the VW UP triplets are coming and later a facelift to the Aygo triplets...

Besides, if you go for ford why not pay the small extra and get the Fiesta?
