Plume is a good twitter client for tablets. Albeit I really only use twitter as a news and information syndicate. (ie, i really don't tweet myself)

Just bought the dad a Droid Bionic and the mom and Droid Charge... They have better phones than me and can barely work em. I catapulted them into the smart phone era. They were using old flip phones.

well the US gets screwed pretty hard in that aspect. international sgsii >>> any american variant

and you can get ICS on sgsii if you put it on via custom rom. not that id use stock anymore anyway

anybody else lock their phone only to have it do crap anyway?

quite often I lock it, put it in my pocket, pull it out some time later, unlock it, and find im in some random menu of the phone (or texting someone with random letters). Clearly when it's in my pocket it does random shit from whathaveyou pressing on it but I positively lock it before putting it in there and after grabbing it out. What gives?

get an old blackberry bold with the unlock button pressed so many times it now takes about 10 attempts to unlock it, you'll never accidentally unlock it again. works for me.
