I currently have all my basic combat badges.  So far, I've gotten 36 kills IAR with the AT kit and 25 kills IAR with the sniper and medic kits.

I've met the requirement for kills for the veteran badges, but I don't have the necessary time.  Will I automatically get these badges once I've played the 15 hours?  Or will I have to have get the IAR kills after the time requirement is met?

edit: maybe i mixed it up with the ranks. will check that on the WE....

i got my vet engineer badge as soon as the time was up, about 1 min into a round so i must have got kills earlier.

do you mean basic? i think he is talking about the veteran badge.

Yea some times getting the vet can be a hasle. It took me some time to get a couple of vet badges. But for some reason I fullfilled the requierments and  didnt get the badge.
