I can't imagine it being fun dealing with the legalities and regulations surrounds opening a guns store. Is it a major hassle in the states?
its not that bad for me since I have a retail store all ready ( Federal Tax ID # all ready in place ) ... some things I have to add or change is a seperate locked fileproof filing cabinet, a fireproof gun safe and pay the yearly FFL fees
Do employees have to have special licenses or training to sell guns? I'd imagine you'd at least need a more extensive background check done.
have to be 21 or older to handle a pistol .. 18 or over to handle a rifle/shotgun ..... only the ones that are on the paperwork can sign the paperwork for each individual firearm
it'll probably just me on the paperwork for awhile to see how it goes ........ each signature that applies to the FFL form increases the yearly fees
the paperwork has to be perfect to the T, also I am subject to un-announced ATF audits
