If there's one thing I've learned, it's never to fraternize with colleagues - whether or not one has a girlfriend. Just complicates things. Honestly made me a bit uncomfortable more than anything else. There are topics for close friends but then some topics I'd rather not discuss with those with whom I have to work. Once you become too familiar with your colleagues, it becomes very difficult to remain professional.
Especially when they're 15, amirite?
