Marleys right. Also if you were to go tell him that any more threats will not be accepted you really should be willing to do something about it if he keeps it up, and that leads to all kinds of bad. Bad can be a lot more of a headache than its worth most of the time.

Have her stay with you for a few weeks?

If the ex gets a case of the ass and shows up on your doorstep acting the fool, you'll have two witnesses.

He gets his "being rearranged", a couple of restraining orders against him, and potentially loses custody/visitation of his kid.

If he has such poor impulse control as to physically threaten the 96 pound mother of his child,
all you have to do is be patient and logical enough to let him show what manner of shithead he really is.

If she "accidentally" lets him know how happy she is with you, how well you get along with his kid, and (just for fun) how much bigger your cock is than his .. yeah, poor impulse control guy is going to lose it...

Edit: not sure what the laws are in your state. 
Some states, it is legal to record a phone conversation as long as one party (your girl) approves.
Recording of him threatening her (or admitting to threatening her) is an excellent bit of evidence to get a restraining order with. 
Also plays well in a custody hearing.

Met a girl, slept with her the other night. Been keen on another girl, seems she's showing more interest. Invested a lot of time in second girl, like her a lot, first one barely know her but there's a lot of chemistry there.

First one lives in Sydney, second one lives here in Brisbane but is moving to Melbourne in a couple months.

Should I choose one or play both? Don't want anyone to get hurt but can't be idealistic either.
