I was working for a government agency, essentially they hired a bunch of people to do fieldwork and I was a regional manager. It was basically like running a business; I recruited, hired, trained, supervised, budgeted, all that fun shit. They even let me work from home, hence the pool. 'Twas nice; paid well, got to boss people twice my age around, and sit in the pool. It got intense every two weeks or so when we had dealines.
tl;dr lowlevel management for a government agency
