BF2S Forums Posting Images & Using Images in Sigs

This tutorial will explain how to add your own signature in your profile, ( the one's that you see under peoples names) and also how to add linked sig in your profile, so it will take them to link of your choice,( I.E your stats )

Please note. this is Step by Step tutorial for all level's of people.

Ok lets begin.

First find image hosting site there are many here is just sum of the hoister's.

www.photobucket.com

There are many like I sead, ( google up free image hosting, it should give you few more results)

This pic tutorial is based on imageshack. ok

1. go to www.imageshack.us ( just as preference ) you will find something like this


Now hit "Browse" and find image you want in your sig. I will go for 1 of the images I made ( example below )




When you happy with your image click ok it should look something like this ( example below )



It will show you path where you upload the image from. Only thing you need to do now is click HOST IT! Do Not click anything ells or mess around with any settings. After it finish loading. you should see something like this ( Example below pls not at this stage I had 2 change uploading to tinypic.com Imageshask was taking it's time )



The code with " " is the one we need.

Now log in to your BF2s account, and go to Profile ( example below )



Then go to Personality ( example Below also will explain where we need to put our code )



Putting the code where it told you to, hit submit and wolla you have signature in your profile and now every time you post it will display under your name.

cool things:

you can also link image to your profile lets look at example of codes.

This is just standard Image code that will just show your pic in profile.

Now if you want to have it so when people click the sig and it will take them to link of your preference, you will need following code.



The image above if you click on it it will take you to my website ( just as example ) you can have the link taking you any where you want here is the code for linked image

only thing you will need 2 change is " http://www.badhqteam.com " to link of your choice and when anyone clicks it, it will take them to link inside the image.


Impotent:

Please watch out for size of image, please read the rules before adding signature, as it might get removed by the forum mod
