External hard drive recommendations

I'm looking for the best deal for my money. There's three options:

Sexiness is secondary to speed. Which one is the best choice (or are there others in that price range I should look at)?

i've got a WD mybook (2tb) that is usb3. it's been flawless @ usb2 speeds, i couldn't tell you how it works @ usb3, sorry.
