Ok, so this guy I know broke his mouse and asked for an RMA from Logitech, now, Logitech almost always send RMA's without even recieving proof that the mouse is even broken. But they do normally ask for either a picture of the mouse being smashed up or the uss cable to be cut off the end of the mouse and sent to them.
So this guy has got his last couple of mice from them (he's always breaking stuff btw) and he never sends them anything and it all works out ok.
But this time he decides to actually send them the cable end in the post, but he forgot to put the stamp on the box.
So I decide an explanation is in order, so I went to logitechs website and send them an email through the page in thier website, putting his email address in.
